7'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

MESSAGE FROM 7: Hey! Thankyou for choosing to book with me. I'm aware that my terms & conditions are a bit lengthy but I really do advise that you read them before booking. This will make the service easier for the both of us! Hope to see you soon!x

It is the client's responsibilty to read all of the Ts&Cs as if any information is missed, it could result in your appointment being cancelled.

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

After leaving a 50% deposit, If you are unable to pay the remaining fee within 24 hours before your appointment then you risk it being given to  someone else - please set yourself a reminder to avoid disappointment.

If you're later than 10 minutes (Outcall - 20 mins max), your appointment will be cancelled - NO EXCEPTIONS

Please respect 7's time as lateness would delay her next clients appointment hence why your booking would have to be cancelled. 

Strictly No kids, pets or plus ones (Unless it's an outcall booking) 

In the unlikely event that 7 is suddenly unavailable to take your appointment and has to cancel it,

you will be fully refunded!

RESCHEDULING POLICIES

7 currently releases slots on the 20th of each month, if you choose to reschedule to a whole new month then you will have to wait till slots for that month are released like everyone else, deposit will still be valid but new booking date will not be confirmed until slots for that month are released.

For One Client bookings - If you reschedule your appointment 48hrs or more in advance you can use your previous pre-payment (ONLY APPLIES ONE TIME) You may reschedule the booking to a date within 2 months from the original booking, anything later than this will be classed a new booking. 

For Groups,Brides & Shoots - you may reschedule your appointment 48hours or more in advance using the same deposit (ONLY APPLIES ONE TIME). You may reschedule the booking to a date within 3 months from the original booking, anything later than this will be classed a new booking.

 

-We ask that you give at least a 48hr+ notice in order to reschedule or booking will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.

-Deposits will no longer be valid after the 2/3month period.

HEALTH & SAFETY 

 If you are experiencing any covid19 symptoms you must cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If you've had the covid19 vaccine in the last 2 weeks please cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If you have a common cold ,exposed skin, severe active breakouts that are oozing blood or puss, pink eye/stye or lip ulcers, ringworm or anything contagious you must cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If 7 notices any of these, 7 has the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost as you've been told in advance her policies regarding this.

TIME MANAGEMENT

Outcall bookings & Incall bookings must start on time, separate late fees apply to outcall bookings this can also be found in your customised confirmation email once you get it and it must be paid before glam begins

 GROUPS - During your outcall or incall group booking, if someone in the group is running late & 7 has to wait a total of 30 minutes or more  (this could be a 15 minute wait per person) then unfortunately some members of the group will not be glammed. This is non-negotiable as 7 will not be late for her next appointment due to lateness. 

TO OUR BEAUTIFUL INCALL CLIENTS: We politely ask that you leave once your slot time is up as 7 needs time to cleanse her station and prepare for the next client; If you need to wait for someone to pick you up then we kindly ask that you wait at the station (which is a 2 minute walk down the road) 

Last minute changes to your appointment time ON THE DAY of your appointment

 will be classed as a new 'same day appointment' if 7 is available for your new appointment time you will be charged with the £50 same day booking fee. If she can't then your original pre-payment will be lost & your appointment will be cancelled. 

PARKING

FOR INCALL BOOKINGS ONLY - Specific parking instructions will be given in your confirmation email to ensure that you do not get fined,  If client misses this crucial information, 7 will not be liable.

FOR OUTCALL BOOKINGS ONLY - If 7 chooses to drive to your location, any parking fee's must be covered by the client on the day of the booking.

TRAVEL FEE POLICIES

Cab fees there & back must be covered by client. If 7 chooses to drive to your location, any parking fee's must be covered by the client on the day of the booking.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* Your fixed cab fee may change due to  'higher demand of ubers' from your location. This usually only happens if 7 is required to leave at peak times. In the event of this happening 7 will send you a screenshot/invoice (which ever you prefer) of the cab fee back so that the client can transfer the difference. We kindly ask that this is sent Asap (within the next 24-48 hours) 

BY AGREEING WITH 7'S TERMS & CONDITIONS IN THE BOOKING SECTION MEANS THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO COVER CAB FEES THERE & BACK

UK TRAVEL POLICIES

-CAB FEES there & back will apply as this is currently the only form of transport that we accept due to heavy equipment, covid, etc

-If 7 is required to leave the city of London or Hertfordshire there is an additional £50-£350 outcall fee for this

(Different fee will apply if location is abroad)

-If 7 is asked to stay in a hotel nearby a day before the booking, 7 requests that the hotel is 3* or above (UK ONLY)

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL POLICIES

Deposit is non-refundable/transferable.

An exclusive daily fee will be charged for all International bookings, clients are required to cover 7's day rate for the duration of days that she is away. 

-7 requires fully paid direct return flights and 4*minimum accommodation (3* is negotiable based on reviews & photos of the hotel) 7 also requires her own room.

-7 & client must fly with the same airline.

-The client is to cover all expenses such as breakfast/lunch/dinner, travel related to you or your booking during her stay e.g pickup and drop off to/from the Airport to hotel and to/between wedding locations.

Destination weddings - Your touch-up hours start from when the Bride's glam is complete.

If 7 is required to stay at the wedding for any longer than agreed, a waiting fee of £75ph is applicable. If 7 decides on her own accord to stay longer than agreed then this fee will be void however please appoint someone in your bridal group to arrange transport back to her accommodation when she would like to leave, as we know weddings are so special & can last till early morning hours!

Once you are happy to go ahead with the booking you will be asked to fill in the Bridal form, by ticking the terms & conditions box this is a legally binding agreement between you & 7's policies.

Full Payment must be made 7 days in advance for International bookings along with the flight information & e-ticket. If this deadline is missed you may be at risk of losing your deposit.

MESSAGE FROM 7 - As I am a small business I will be taking a few photos/videos for content ('no makeup' photos are not necessary) If you strongly would not like your face to be posted, I will at least get some pictures of the eyeshadow look etc.

This is very important to me because it enables a small makeup artist like myself to showcase my work!

In accordance to this once a photo/video has been posted It will stay on my page x

Once given consent to take content of the look, the photo/video can be used for marketing purposes for 7's business.

ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE NOT FLEXIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES 

In the unlikely event of any terms & conditions being breached, this will result in us escalating the situation by taking legal action.

All sessions with 7GLAM that are incall are monitored by CCTV aswell as recorded for security reasons.
